House Rules
These house rules are in place to ensure a pleasant, respectful, and comfortable stay for everyone, and to preserve the quality and ambiance of the villa.Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Arrival & Departure
- Check-in from 3:00 PM
- Check-out before 11:00 AM
Quiet Hours & Neighborhood Respect
- Quiet hours must be respected between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM as we are in a residential and peaceful area
- Please avoid excessive noise
Smoking Policy
- Smoking and vaping are forbidden inside the villa
- Smoking is allowed only on the outdoor terrace, please use the provided ashtray and dispose of the cigarette butts properly
Events & Parties
- Parties, events, and gatherings are not allowed
Guests & Visitors
- Maximum 8 guests
- Only registered guests are allowed on the property
Children
- Children are welcome under the supervision and responsibility of their parents
Pets
- Pets are not allowed on the property
Shoes
- To maintain the beauty of our light-colored carpets, we kindy ask our guests to remove their outdoor shoes when they are inside - comfortable slippers are provided at the entrance for your convenience
Furniture & Equipment
- Please take care of all furniture, appliances and equipment
- Any damage, malfunction, or breakage must be reported promptly
Keys & Access
- Keys and access codes are provided for the duration of your stay only
- Lost keys may result in additional charges
- Please return all keys to the lockbox upon departure
Windows, Doors & Weather Conditions
- When leaving the villa, guests are responsible for ensuring that all doors, windows, shutters and sun umbrella are properly closed and secured
- We reserve the right to access the property if necessary to secure outdoor equipment and prevent damage
- In case of strong sunlight, especially during summer, please close the blinds to help keep the house cool and comfortable
Jacuzzi & Wellness Area
The jacuzzi is available 24/7, provided quiet hours are respected. To ensure water quality and safety :
- Please shower before each use
- Always close the cover after use to maintain temperature
- The jacuzzi is professionally maintained, no products should be added
- The jacuzzi must be used responsibly and in accordance with the provided guidelines.
Any improper use or water contamination may result in additional cleaning or maintenance fees.
Fireplace
Wood and fireplace equipment are available. For safety reasons :
- Never leave the fire unattended
- Fireplace use is under the full responsibility of the guests
- A fire blanket is located in the lower kitchen cabinet (living room side).
Parking
We provide 3 private parking spaces for our guests :
- 2 spaces located next to the house
- 1 additional space at the bottom of the ramp
Departure & Courtesy reminder
Before departure, we kindly ask guests to:
- Leave the villa tidy
- Dispose of trash and recycling in the designated areas
- Turn off lights and appliances
- Close shutters, doors, windows and sun umbrellas
- Return keys to the lockbox
